I. Product Description

  This cryogenic protection series is suitable for low-temperature scenarios, effectively resisting extreme cold. The applicable temperature range is -160℃ to -360℃. Worn in long-term low-temperature environments, it will not harden or deteriorate. This product is widely used globally, suitable for low-temperature gases, low-temperature refrigeration, dry ice, cold rooms, etc. It is also applied in biomedicine, laboratory research, industry, aerospace, frozen food processing and any other places where protection against extreme cold is needed.

II. Application Scenarios

   This product is designed for personnel working in extremely cold environments. It features soft hand feel, good air permeability, high flexibility, and excellent defensive performance with its one-piece design. It is equipped with gold-plated anti-fog and anti-impact face window, providing wide field of view, no dizziness after wearing, and high visibility. The cryogenic protection series protects the head, body, hands and arms from injuries during extremely cold work. IV. Unique Structure

The cryogenic series products are made of multi-layer composite materials through dozens of sophisticated processes. The outer composite material consists of three different layers, two of which are thin layers made of insulating materials. The edges of these two thin layers are bonded together, thus trapping a large amount of insulating air without adding extra weight or volume. The inner layer material has extremely high heat retention performance and wicks away moisture through capillary action. It features unique material selection and exquisite craftsmanship.

V. Operating Instructions

Before using this equipment, the user must confirm whether the safe use conditions are met.

After putting on the full set of protective clothing, hood, gloves and protective boots, ensure that no skin is exposed.

Products designed for liquid nitrogen must never be used for liquid oxygen, and this product cannot be immersed in cryogenic liquids.

VI. Maintenance and Cleaning

This product must be protected from various physical and chemical damages.

Therefore, it is necessary to check for the above-mentioned damages. If there are stains or chemical substances adhered, wipe and clean with a dry wool cloth, or use a mixture of water and mild detergent for wiping. If there are physical damages on the surface, confirm with the manufacturer whether repair is feasible. If repair is not possible, replace it in time.

VII. Storage

1. Cryogenic protective products should be stored in a ventilated, mold-proof, moth-proof and dry place.

2. Avoid storing them together with acids, alkalis, oils and corrosive items.

3. Thoroughly clean the cryogenic protective products before storage. Do not store them without thorough cleaning. Under normal storage conditions, they can be stored for a long period.
